This order is placed for the account of the consignee without recourse to Kohl's. Any discrepancies with it's quantity, quality or content must be directed to PAX Tag & Label, Inc. within forty-eight hours of it's receipt, or such goods shall be deemed finally inspected, checked and accepted by buyer.
